Applications can be logded, upon exhaustion of domestic remedies, on behalf of real persons as well as legal persons such as companies, associations, foundations, and non-governmental organisations, furthermore, of communities such as congregations or unincorporated companies, primarily to the Constitutional Court and then the European Court of Human Rights, in case of any violations occured in terms of fundamental rights and freedoms laid down under the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and the European Convention on Human Rights and its Protocols.
In scope of our activities, we provide legal advocacy services to lodge an application to the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights, to remove or restitute violations, and to claim for just satisfaction and follow up the said courts' litigations.
